Its very difficult to cancel a ride in bykea app even i have tried a lot to cancel my ride which i wrongly started
Your rider called me
Then i replied i am new user of this app and i was trying to watch that how it works and suddenly you called me that your ride is being started
I tried a lot but could not cancel that ride even i was at my home
And i think so that now i am wrongly charged
Its very difficult app to handle
Cancellation process should be easy
