I booked a ride from DHA phase 2, the rider was at Qayumabad (6min far as per app). First, he did not know where Suzuki Defence Motor is although he had my location. I guided him the way completely (1min call). Second, I was navigating him thru map. He did not move from his location (Qayumabad) for straight 8 min. When inquired, he said “bhai main qayumabad me hun apki location dekh raha hun or abhi 5 min kahan hoi hain.” Then I said as you are just scamming I am cancelling your ride and will make a complaint, to which he replied”Han kardo Complaint.” And last but not least, BYkea charged me a penalty of Rs.30. My point is! We are trusting these applications and they are making us fool. They dont have any authenticated system for scrutiny.
