Dear concerned, it is very regretable that BYKEA overcharged me in the morning. I cancelled the ride but BYKEA charged me the cancellation fee as well. Normally i pay 80PKR to G8 Office but today BYKEA charged 160PKR. My previous balance was also 40PKR. I do not know whether BYKEA wish to make customers or planning to lose customers. add the amount as well 40PKR to my account.
