Salam.. Sir kal maine ride book karwae thi. Wo khud nhii Aya half n hour tk location nhii milli thi us bndey ko… aese jahil logo bykea chalane ka koi haq nhii hai usko kuch pta h nhii hai.. or panelty bhe mjh py mari apne.. kindly mere account m 40 rps dale aap.. mein daily bykea use karta hun..

MY Name is Imran raza Respected Sir i want to give you some suggestion hope you will consider my suggestion to give comforts to your customer Here some issues are as under as far as your Rider[Not All] concerned
1)They are mostly illiterate they cant read and understand the message in Roman Urdu due to which i have faced problem few times They can not reach in exact location secondlty they dont have balance for calling to Customer/partner third one they dont have communication skills so that they can ask for a perfect location to someoneelse for example i book a bykea from statelife building 3 and i was still waiting in building 3 but Bykea man didnt reach in exact location for 15mintues when he reached in wrong destination [Building 9 of statelife] he called me Sir Aap ko bohat shok hay messages krnay ka necahy ajayee aap may gate par khra huu”” Halankay wo nahi khra thaa wrong destination may khra thaa oskay bawajood uska attitude itna bura thaa aap na pochiayee Due to illiteracy” He cant read the message when i went to building 9 he said aap nay mayra time waste kiya may nay cancel kr di hay ride and apki may complain krnay jaraha thaa??what is this?Galti bhi apkay bnday ki opar say btamizii bhi customer say this is wrong! 2)dosra Issue yeh hay kay sir jb ik number say ik booking confirm hojayee same place ki tu dosri booking accept he nahi honi chahyee aaj subah 3 rider ik sath agayee mayray pass FB AREA Block 19 pr laynay jb kay mari baat sirf ik rider say Sachaal name thaa us say hoyee thee baki 2 rider ko may janta tk nahi thaa jiski waja say 40+40=80 rS DEDUCT KIYAYE MAYRAY PENALTY Kay agar ik dafa accept kay bad dosri booking na li jayee same number say or same location say ayee tuu yeh issue nahi hoga
3) 3rd One kindly jb booking krwaoo tu on the way likha ata hay yeh sentence yeh zahir nahi krta kay Confirm hay ya nahi hay confirm aap kindly Rider ko ya system may yeh daliyee apki request accepted ki jati hay and rider wants to go with you tHnakx
