i ordered two items from bytes.pk on 17 june and received them almost 20 days late on 6 july. i paid the delivery person in full and received the package. the package had only one item and the other item was missing. it carried no return voucher. the item delivered was also defective as it was not the size that i had ordered. the ordered size was XL. the received order was not even Medium. i tried calling the number written on website and communicating them thru facebook. the number was always picked up by computer and disconnected after 3 mins without any human reply. i posted on facebook and launched an online complaint thru a complaint form but received no reply. my post on facebook was deleted and i was blocked from their facebook page. i received an email that i should send the item back without a return voucher(which was not sent to me) and it would b exchanged. i have repeatedly asked for a return voucher as it is gonna b the only proof that i wud have. and there is no sign of second item. i say again i have paid for both items and yet hav nothing. the address is not being communicated. the address mentioned on website does not exist and google maps shows office in saddar which is doubtful
