AOA, I have placed an order on Bytes.pk on Nov 17, 2016 of Rashid Tulip Suiting Vol 2-616-B. I received my order on Nov 19,2016 but when i open it, the order is different. Instead of Receiving Rashid Tulip Suiting Vol 2-616-B , i have received Rashid Tulip Suiting Vol 2-621-A.Mene 1500rs payment cash on delivery pay kr di thi.. Mene bytes.pk pr email ki lekin wo kehte hn k colour vibrant h…Colour vibrant ho skta h but wo to pora dress hi chnge h dress print,dress colour,dress code bhi chnge h..mene unhen kaha k aap return kr len to wo kehte hn k hmari policy me return include ni h..Return krna unki policy me shamil nhi h lekin wrong product deliver krna unki policy me shamil h..mene unhen kafi bar email ki but wo apni mistake maante hi nhi hn..mene unhen kaha k aap mujhe wohi dress send krien jo mene order kia tha agr wo dress out of stock ho gya h to aap apna dress wapis len & mujhe meri payment den jo mene cash on delivery pay kit hi but wo reply hi nhi krte aur kehte hn k ye wohi dress h jo aap ne order kia tha…mene phone pr bhi complaint ki but wahan se bhi koi reply ni mila….mene unhen facebook pr msg kia to unhon ne mujhe foran block kr dia facebook pr…unka behave sahi nhi h…Plz meri help krien & meri problem solve krien….Aap khud hi pix me dekh kr faisla krien k ye kese dress same h??
Since its almost 2 weeks I m waiting for my order I haven’t received it till yet there service is too poor as i m calling them too but they have uploaded wrong and non-registered numbers on their site.
