I just want to do a complain about HBL’s service. Actually I get a car from HBL on 3 years instalment plan and paid 39574 monthly. But they cut every month 55997 from my account that is of 5 years plan.
Even they gave me the documents of 3-years plan. Many times I visited the HBL branch to solve my issue but every time they blame the person who start my car loan case and said that he was a new employee and that time he never knew the work very well. But that’s not matter. I just want to solve my problem and want to get back my case in 3-years plan. I hope you’ll take my issue seriously and work on it. I’ll be thankful to you
