I had sent a parcel on 10/2/21 from saddar-karachi terminal to peshawar, consignment # 21318116. This parcel was booked by saddar-karachi terminal to Main terminal peshawar instead of university road terminal, by their mistake. Now, i have asked them to transfer this parcel from Main terminal PSH to university road terminal PSH, Because customer is not coming to pick the parcel from the main terminal.
Now, either you transfer this parcel from main to university road terminal peshawar OR return this parcel so i can collect it from Karachi.
It has been over a month and non of your branch manager is cooperating meanwhile my payment is stuck and my parcel might be getting damage.
