Assalamualaikum
Sorry to bring this to you at this moment but I wanted to resolve the following issue asap,
I have been daewoo cargo customer for last 4 years which can be check via records,
I dispatched my parcel today from you Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi Franchise,
The guy name KHITAB booked my parcel,
My parcel weight was 3.25 kg to be exact but he has put 6 kgs weight which is really shocking for me as my customer told me and noticed this which is a very shameful thing for me as a businessman and same I hope goes for DAEWOO being a business chain.
Please look into this matter as this is totally unacceptable how can he put a double weight of the product which was not even a product that goes on volume Etc basis.
You can track the parcel and check its weight and size, I have been delivering the same product for a very long time and more than 1000 pieces till today.
I have also brought dozens of complains regarding that branch but never got a positive result out of it the reason being those branch guys still have the guts and audacity to do such things with their customers.
They don’t even have proper packing tapes, they borrowed from their neighbors LEAPORD COURIER SERVICE (which can also be seen on my parcel).
I request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue and my charges half of the weight of the product must be refunded back.
