Attitude behaviour and poor service of your staff especially supervisory staff is not up to mark, the attitude is not a businessmen.Keep me and my family standing for hours like criminals. I met the floor manager with hard and find ( Muhammad Ali ) first I told your sale man that there
is mishap with me with your negligence he did not bother to resolve my complaint, then the person who sitting in computer security room in front of CCTV did not bother to resolve my genuine complaint , and told go away where you want these are our SOP,s . His attitude and behaviour was just as he is sitting in Police Station instead of Shopping Mall.Too much has happened tome , let it be solved properly.
Moreover please provide me the recording of 13-08-21 to 14-08-21 for further correspondence please. Let me know the name and designation of the person who misbehaved with me.
