Hope you will find this well i am writing this complain on a issue regarding refund of my overcharged amount.
I am uzma sehar from hyderabad pakistan On my visit to carrefour lucky one mall karachi on 25 .02 2024 at 4 pm on billing counter served by miss sara i shop Rs 10366 /=only ten thousand three hundred sixty six thru my debit card, but charged Rs 100366/= ONE LAKH THREE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX RUPEES. I contact there costumer care several times but got no satisfactory answer. Even they are not responding , misguiding me giving reasons that they are busy in metting saying that you should call on this contact number or this person so and so.
Now along with my disturbed mental state i am also suffering loss of my 17% profit amount on daily basis at this saving account since 4 days .
I want my over charged amount back and i would will be thankful for your immidiate action in resolving this issue
