Sir,
On second June i booked the order from Carrefour app and made online payment but after 24 hour they cancelled my order and said I’ll get my refund in two to three days but after week past i didn’t get my refund customer support staff lie with me fake evidence that they have transferred my money in my easypaisa account then i contact easypaisa support staff they said Carrefour has not refunded any money in my account if they have it would be directly reflected in my account we are receiving many complaints of customer regarding to Carrefour they are misleading the customer by lieing to them even they customer support staff is not cooperating.

How to file a complaint against Carrefour Pakistan?

* Go to page
* Write Carrefour Pakistan in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Carrefour Pakistan.

  1. Same thing happen to me on 2 of July but they are just wasting customer time. Regardless of multiple complaints they are not refunding my amount.
