This is a ridiculous and pathetic policy for cash withdrawal for online customer to take approval from head office and there is no time frame for this bullshit as whether customer has to wait for a whole day if head office not give reply. There is a call back confirmation policy of other banks to make payment as early as possible. Hatts off to management for making such time wasting policies. Please make some customer friendly policies.
