Assalam-O-Alaikum ,
Sir I purchased Certeze GS-808 bathroom scale weight machine from Hameed and sons an official franchise of fazal din pharma Miltary accounts housing society block a near eden chowk lahore. I asked the owner if machine will give error will they exchange the product or refund my money. And that time the said we will exchange the product and if you want we will return your money also . First of all the overchaged me . They charged me 1950 rupees for that product But it’s price in all other branches is 1750. I confirmed from fazal din gulberg branch by calling them. And also weight machine is giving error and variation in weight . I visited their pharmacy yesterday and today also. And there was clear difference of 5 kg in weight in yesterday and today result when i demanded to return the product or changed it. They started rude behaviour and slang language and. Contninue saying we will not return nor exchange do whatever you want . Do whatever you can.
Complain whereever you can
And their behaviour was too much rude owner was there and he said ap jhoot bol rhay hu ap chootia bana rhay hu hamain.
Like seriously is this the way to talk with. Customer??
Why fazal din is giving franchise to such an illitrate peoples.
I was regular customer of fazal din but i will never purchase a single penny product again from them in my whole life.
