Complain Regarding HBL Unprofessional Staff, HBL
I am currently HBL user . But faces some behavior issues with your staff as their attitude is just like they are providing favor to us not providing customer service their behavior is in explainable just from the start of my relation with HBL my experience is not good as their staff have no standard operation procedures in case of some connection issue as I noticed this issue came with consistency in just HBL bank they don’t even have any trouble shooting or prompt resolution for this issue for this issue all they have is just tell customer to some other day again waste his time with those pathetic staff again . Need some effective response pls I am new user of HBL bank and have account in HBL Ibrahim hydri branch korangi creek Karachi .
