I ordered my medicated cleansers from karachi and these cleanser had to delivered on 8 september 2022…i made a call to courrier office and confirm my order requested them to please deliver my order but they instead of delivery…. They were calling for confirmation i did the confirmation 5 times but they returned my parcel by saying customer does not contacted us …. I took the number of a rider and called and messaged him to deliver my order , but he ignored my calls all day and then said ma gya tha office apka order ni tha..
Next day i was informed that mine parcel is returned and it creates a huge trouble for me
