yesterday i visited standerd chatered bank Allama Iqbal town branch with my family.I asked from Customer service executive at front counter for bank statement and account maintanence letter request,for which she placed the boxfile on counter and spoke very rudely that get from file by myself.I was wondered to see thhis attitude of CSE of SCB.I have experienced this attitude of her two-three times,first time i thought that she is personaly disturbed but taday i believed to see the same attitude of her with clients as well as other staff members,i never had greetings or smiles from here,first staf counter represents your bank and her behaviour despicts banks behaviour.SCB is a brand having its own identity all over the world butt such ppl are defaming your bank,if a multinational bank is having that kind of behaviour then what would you expext from a local bank. I visited many branches of your bank in different countries,i have always praised your bank in front of my family but taday i am ashamed to say that they are forcing me to move my account.
