Dear Sir/Madam,
I have used visa card internationally which is issued by Standard Chartered and astonished to see the rates they have applied on.
As the exchange rates which is 114.20 whereas the rates in open market on this date is 107.10 and of course state Bank rates would not be more then 106.10.

This is totally misleading the consumer for increasing the profitability.
Its a service by visa and they are defaming by charging there own rates.
