I want complain regarding HBL branch staff slow service i have a a/c in AbUl Hassan isphani road gulshan E iqbal karachi and I get a expirence staff not corporative with customers Mr nadeem designation assistant manager lie with me and phone banking officer fozia after my complain status of phone banking regarding my address change and mobile number updation he said they forward ArF form but its return PBO told him u can update from ZDM but he said system not responding I will do that later but I’m seting on branch system also do work but he is lie with both of us and still my data not update I submitted my ARF form from branch on 08122016 and lock my complain also in phone banking but still issue not resolve kindly take action once I change my bank .
