The oven which worked well for 4-5 years suddently stopped working. It was taken to ur service centre at tulsa road, rawalpindi.. The problem was dignosed as ‘door switch out of order’ it was repaired and worked for 8 months. Again it was taken at the same centr, with same fault, repaired.. This time it worked for about 6 months. For the th third time it was taken again last month. Same fault, repaired and this time it worked for only 10 days. I was advised to take it to w/shop and will be repaired without charges, yesterday the oven was returned but it was not mine.. But someone else. Since then I am repeatedly calling on svc centre contact nos 051/5112160 and 5178404 atleast for four times and the answer is ‘we r checking and will let u know’ till filling of this complaint, (5.15 pm on 21 jun 2018) no response.
Just to tell u the standard of efficiency, care, reliability of ur svc centres.
