Following Complaint to Dawlance Customer Care but no action is being taken, I have sent more than five reminder to ” [email protected]”
First Complaint Dated: 11 August 2017
This is submitted you that your register dealer M/S City Electronics (Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch) is over quoting and selling with very high price with compare to your dawlance refrigerator price list. I am your new customer who purchased Dawlance Refrigerator 91996 NS (Signature series Inverter) on dated 7th August 2017, and City Electronics charged me Rs.57, 000 for 91996 NS, after purchasing when I confirmed prices with your other dealers they are giving me rate Rs.54, 800/= and told me that there is no Refrigerator of dawlance is Rs.57, 000/= When I said to City Electronics to refund overcharged amount to me he refused to give me and said they purchased in black with high price.
It is therefore, requested you please take serious and strict action against M/S City Electronics for overcharging and sending product in black, further please cancel the dealership of M/S City Electronics as soon as possible for making good relationship with your customers.
I am enclosing M/S City Electronics’s Sale Receipt and Dawlance Warranty Card for support.
