This is me umar bilal. I have been taking TCS services over a long time and i have always found it professional and reliable but this time scenario has totally changed. The HBL bank had sent my debit card via TCS before more than 1 week ago but i didn’t receive my card even i didn’t receive any call by TCS distributor agent but today when i reached TCS branch office taxila in order to getting status of my delivery i gave them TCS tracking # 30343196142 for checking my delivery’s status but i got astonished to know that my courier has been sent back to HBL bank karachi by TCS taxila office even i haven’t been called by TCS distributor agent. I would like to request you please initial a probe over my query and make sure your quality services for customers. Please let me know what exactly happened with my delivery
