Vaccination centre in Family medicine clinic in Manawaan, THQ has an extreme deficiency of staff. Although, it is recommended not to take children in hospitals, yet the deficiency of staff at these critical sites leads to extended waiting times for vaccination, making neonates vulnerable to hospital acquired infections. Also, the mothers who have gave birth to their newborn and require care and comfort is extremely affected leading to emotional distress, fatigue and anxiety. Although the hospital is well built but poor management and planning and not taking into account the patient inflow leads to these stressful situation. Please take a stern action against those who are negligent because it is the matter of future of Pakistan.
