My consignment booked against Tracking ID 31418375451 and complete address are mentioned but not delivered. I personally two time called to help line on 14 and 16 September respectively but fruitless. How any body determine that incorrect address, so investigate hole matter and fix responsibility.
Further more, delivered consignment as soon as possible, thanks
