AoA Sir, Monday Feb 10, 2020 my colleague Hafiz hasnain despatch a official letter from Gujranwala city and I submit my residential address for receiving the said letter but today I recive a text message from Contact number 0302 8614549 and tell me to recive the said letter from lal kurti to recive the said letter but I write address my office near faizabad Rawalpindi but the said person said me that we are unable to provide the said letter in mention address if you need the latter recive from lal kurti which is impossible for me.
I write my mailing address but he argue that he unable to provide the letter through my mention address.
Kindly approach the concern person to provide letter as mention on my mailing address mention on said letter. Plz.
if the concern department unable to take action against said person because he blame the courier company and very harmful for the department I am use all avail forms against the said courier company at any forms plz…
like Prime Minister citizens portal and any other because we pay to recive the letter as mention on mailing address not on the according to the wishes of company. Plz
