1. Complainant is working as a Advocate in District And Session Court Badin and law abiding and peace loving citizen Of Pakistan having Respect in Society.
2. On dated 06/12/2019 at about 05:36 pm evening time Respondent Abdul Karim TCS employe for Golarchi Town message for mobile number 03471301636 Message that We have a parcel with your name receive it From Ayoob Mallah Shope. It was known Place for complainant in fact address of complainant clearly written on the envelope of Parcel As Mir Imtiaz Ali Main Karachi Road Near Allied Bank City Golarchi but TCS employe refuse to deliver on complainant address
3. Complainant call to Respondent Abdul Karim TCS employe that the address is mentioned clearly on envelope so you are responsible to deliver on that saying of complainant on call respondent speak louder and mis behave with the complainant and use abuse language.
4. That after Complainant go on that message address to receive parcel in person and we waited 30,40 mint then a unknown person deliver complainant parcel in open position.
5. That after again complainant call to Respondent for this act of opened parcel respondent again asked that we are not responsible for that as you have giving by this known person receive otherwise through it respondent show irresponsibility for that act.
6. That thereafter complainant have no any remedy to complain here to TCS official for his reddresal of his complainant.
07. That the address mentioned clearly on envelope is very famous for All type of company many Percel are deliver Day by Day
8. That other arguments and things put by complainant before that complain committee.
Please To take enquiry , solve the issue and bound to TCS employe to deliver parcel on said subject written address and also asked them to respect to respected citizens
