We visited indus hospital today 24/01/2023 at approximately 12’O clock. First, we were in line for card then we checked to sister to make sure if there’s fever… she was on call all the time. then we went to emergency room and doctor was not there. after waiting for 15 to 20 mins doctor came and asked. we said that having fever, sore throat and pain in body. He said go to room 8. we went for room 8 and guard said Say that doctor to write this down. we went back to that doctor and asked him to write, he said it’s not my headache. We went back to Room 8 and there was OPD administration and said show us the token, we said we don’t have that. please give us the one so we could make a checkup. they said we’ll not give you the token. Come at 8’O clock n bla bla. I said i don’t know i just need to check my sister to doctor. they said go anywhere else. I said you must write this on board that these patients are not allowed. all the staff including emergency and opd were too abusively treating and shouting like “a English kite hor ja k bol”. “ja ethon”. and nobody checked us. you can check the camera details. Patients are not balls like you are kicking them here and there. and please check if they really made 1000 entries of Opd and didn’t give us one token. In each hospital, checkup is done in emergency. what an irresponsible behavior there was not a doctor and when he came he couldn’t write prescription. they all treated us badly. We are in psychological shock, it’s too hard to leave your Children at home and go for checkup. and what a pathetic behavior they show to the patients.
