Hi, i book a shipment for Miawali pipla, on 26 th of Oct 2019, which is realy urgent due to some business deal.
But unfortunately it is not deliver today due to non service area,and the deal is canelled which had wroth around 0.6 milion pkr.
Please let me know who will tje resposble for it?
May i send a legal notice on this bullshit, the person who book this shipment has no idea that it is over non service area? & the system is also has no idea? WHY its not updated in system? My time my payment my deal all gone waste.
Wating for some better responce.
