Hesco lower staff with inclusion of SDO Sub:Div-II Tando Allahyar allowed / involved many illigal connections Kunda to verious villages and getting Monthly Thousand Rupees, specially I am seen 1 direct connection for Atta Chaki ( making powder wheat ) at Village Dad Jarwar Bukera Feder to the owner Farooq Jarwar, when want to know him he said paying Rs. 500/= per month to the Line Sup b/c connection not hidden but allowed by them. I want to know if allowed please arrange the same at my Atta Chaki in Piyao Lund, I am ready to pay the same rate.
