Faysal Bank has failed to provide adequate communication or correspondence. In January, they inexplicably removed the credit card option from their app. Four months have passed since then, and we have received no services, yet their recovery team persistently demands monthly payments. We have not received any formal notifications regarding these payments. Instead, their representatives reach out through personal channels such as WhatsApp messages, not through official company means. Despite paying 30 – 40k monthly, I have yet to receive the credit card I’m supposedly paying for. It seems they are continually charging each month without my consent.

The customer service at Faysal Bank is appalling. They leave you on hold for an extended period, seemingly hoping you’ll hang up due to their own lack of proficiency and inability to provide solutions. If you stay on hold for a significant amount of time, it seems Faysal Bank’s strategy is simply to disconnect the call. The bank’s conduct can only be described as highly unethical and unprofessional. In my opinion, it’s the worst possible institution to hold an account with in any form. It appears their approach is to keep imposing charges until customers are financially drained.

Lastly, I have attached a screenshot for your reference. As evident from the image, I’m unable to see the entities charging the card, nor can I determine the total amount I owe. The recovery team contacts me from their personal numbers, requesting payment via WhatsApp and often providing inaccurate payment information. Upon making these payments, I find that they proceed to charge retail amounts, neither with my consent nor notifying me beforehand.
