I am using Faysal Banks titanium credit card no 5159 0700 4682 4687 syed kazim hasan.
Bank did not sent me my statement of account either physically or through email. I called up at their help line 021111060606 on 20th Nov, 6th Dec and 9th Dec. All lines were busy. They have call back option which I exercised. Today I received a call and they say since my payment is delayed no action from banks side.

My submission is : I did not receive any statement. Then I called them to find out the payment due they did not respond. When they responded due date which was not known to me had expired. Now they have charged me Rs. 6000 and 1500 which is not my fault and need your help to get this reversed.

They have no SOP to record complaint through Help Line and the call centre lady refused to entertain my request.

If bank had provided me the statement either physically or through email I will not claim anything.
