The staff at Fazal Din Model Town Store are highly irresponsible and causing aggravation to customers.
On June 1, 2022 medicines were ordered, receipt # 584489 and delivery was a terrible experience. Few medicines were not correct. The Rider showed an utitude when told to get their replacement. He came back and one item was still missing.
When FDPP MT was called on Jun 2 to follow up, the agent Bilal gave a very unprofessional reply that since the person who took the order is available at 5pm, the customer should call to talk to him.
This is simply ridiculous that FDPP having its ordering system automated still can provide basic services. The Agent was told to have his manager Osama who is supposed to come at 10am, should call customer to address the issues.
