MY SUI GAS ACCOUNT ID IS 92805420004,I, as a consumer,have regularly been paying my gas bills but astonishingly I was asked to pay a sum of Rs.39,000/-(Billing Month: JUNE 2019) as rebate/adjustment. The bill shows that gas charges are Rs 530.00
As against the said amount of Rs 530.00, I have been asked to pay Rs.39,530. I am unable to understand as to what kind of rebate/ADJUSTMENT I have been given in the past and what kind of adjustment has been made for the payment of above said amount. No amount is outstanding against me up till now.
The company had entered into an agreement with me for the supply of gas and may I know as to under what provision of the law, rules or regulations, the company is unilaterally, modifying/altering the terms of the said agreement and demanding aforementioned unjustified amount.

as a consumer i have regularly been paying my gas bills but would you like to explain me about REBATE/ADJUSTMENT…….normal bill is round 300 average but it says you have to pay 3400 now ??
