m aj rat 11:40 pm pr gourmet bakery abdali road islampura lahore gya,fridge m half litter cola pari thi,jb k bahir gourmet malta pari thi, m n cashier ko malta cold drink dany ko kha , us n apny asis ko cola drink ko malta s jo k bahir the change krny ko kha,is doran aik or cashier n un ko asa krny s skhti s mna kr dea, m bakery m 15 mnt khra rha but mgh ko akhir m botl/cold drink dany ko mna kr dea,

    I visit your valencia branch almost regularly to get mithai. As I do so there is a person there who starts calling me as I have understood “bakheelay bakheelay” slowly behind the counter and every staff there starts smiling or laughing. Kindly address this issue

  2. Today i bought 2 pound bon vivant cake at 4pm. 6 pm we cut the cake and it was all smelly. Taste was pathetic. Its expiry was 20-april. Take some action

    Miss behaviour and use harsh words of cashier.
    I am regular customer of gourmet branch located at kashmir road pacca garrah sialkot.
    Branch cashier using very harsh words and rudeness when i request him to change the mutilated note of 100 rupees which he gives me in return. His mis behaviour is not for the first time. Now we decided that we should not go to your branch for insulting again again.

  4. I went to your branch Sialkot Dara araian ten minutes ago one of your sale man did misbehave and the branch manager support him .But ur another sale boy did oppolgise.

    Went to your Gourmet Bakery at Bahawalpur this morning 11.45am, your rates are changing upon daily basis and why your charging 1.RS in the form of FBR tax why your giving all the pressure upon the customers you yourself are earning a lot. you are not paying any kind of attention upon your frenzies at Bahawalpur

    Greetings of the day .

    Hi my name Zahid Mahmood and i am doing job in Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore as a Reception Manager.
    Just to inform you that I am frequent customer of your bakery outlet but yesterday on dated 25-05-2022 approximately at 18;20 hrs., I purchase a dry almond cake from one of your outlet at Nisbet Road Branch Lahore.
    I want to mentioned some bad reviews and no customer service .
    The cake which I was purchased that was smelled, hard and the paper was wrapped around his circle was chipped up .I tried hard to putt off the white paper butt that was sticked with the cake. Even the cake was so hard not to cut with the knife.
    I really embraced when my family opened and cut this .
    Secondly the sales boy who took the cake out of the showcase he didn’t wear the gloves and he touched the cake with the fingers .There were no sop’s followed by your outlet staff.
    You called loudly then someone listen in your outlet.
    Same case with another branch at Shimla hill Infront of PTV station. They don’t bother to give customized service and chat with each other .

    I am not demanding for the returning amount but the embracement which I faced towards my family that’s not acceptable .
    Might be my feedback is valid and you people improved your customer service.

    I already made a call to the customer service officer and my complaint no CP 22210381.

    Mein gourmet products use krta hn aur highly recommend krta hn k hm pakistani brand ko promote krein.Lekin kuch log gourmet ka naam khrb kr ry hain jin mein branch k apnay elog shaamil hain.Meray sath 2 4 dafa aik e incident ho chuka hai jb bill bnwanay counter py jatay hain to cashier aur manager apas mein milay hwy hain aur bill extraa bnatay hain jb k bill thora hota h.Aur jb un sy bill maanga jata h to khty hain papernae hai yan koi aur bahana bnaa dyty hainPlz is ka strict action liya jaey taa k logon ko is fraud sy bchaya jaa skay.Ghareeb logon ko to pta nae chlta jo parhy likhy hain wo ye chori aur 2 numberi pkr lyty hain.
