Why purchasing slips necessary? while all your staff knows that the product purchased from the specific outlet and behavior was very rode of your staff. The gourmet staff didn’t know how to treat a customer in a respectful manners.
My boy was requested for sugar free chew gum and he bring sugar quoted.
Your staff refuse to refund just Rs.25/-. Is this standards that your company is maintaining? too bad.
I had paid Rs.50 and didn’t take back remaining amount due to the bad behavior of you outlet.
It should be investigate from your side. Save your customers otherwise you will be known as bad company like many other people have bad image of your company.
