AOA, In Feb 2013 I bought a plot (File Number 40413) from Gulishan-e-Sarmast HDA, due to some of my financial constraints I could not continue my installments and requested Guishan-e-sarmast to cancel my plot in Jan 2014. Since then I am waiting for my payments to be refunded.
