Dear Sir,
My complaint is about HBL. as i have account in HBL university town Branch peshawar. and i am salary person as design engineer.
As i am using my account regularly but they have launch a condition 012 on my account on these Eid coming days. i have fill a form in branch for removing this condition from my account before three days but upto now there is nothing was done in this regards.
i have phone several time to HBL helpline they refer me to the branch, and as i come to branch they refer me to the Helpline as i ask them both to tell me why this condition has been laungh on my account as i am regular salary person and used account regularly. there is no answar with them after checking my account.
So Please help me as Eid is coming and i have nothing in my Pocket and i will go to the village also for eid.

I am Wiki From China right now, i am facing the same issue since 1 week. Every time i have an conversation with a new person and got the different answers and reasons about 012 condition. No one have the exact information about it. I talk many times on call with representatives of my Parent branch, and also on HBL helpline. Even we have good coordination with each other but still issue is unresolved. I would request the responsible authorities to resolve this issue for all overseas customers who are serving their country with their valuable assets every month.
i Anwar-ul-Haq Javeed Zahoor S/O Zahoor Ahmed Khan, a govt. servant and have a account in HBL Grain Market Chichawatni District Sahiwal. used a ATM, after that at about 04 day ago, used the ATM but machine does not withdraw the amount due to non verification of bio-metric. after that i reached the main branch of HBL Chichawatni and verification made through ATM machine and provide the copy of ID card to the concern person of HBL CCW for opening of account. concern person says that your account will be opened with in 24-Hrs. but after the elapse of 03 days, my account does not open up till now. and not able to draw the salary due to which face very critical situation. Kindly investigate the mater for non opening of account and take strict disciplinary action against the person at fault.
