Dear Sir,
We , the residents of Chakesar are existing customers of Habib Bank Limited Chakesar Branch(Branch code: 1334). We have been associated with the bank For a long time and consider ourselves as loyal customers of this bank. We do most of banking Transactions through HBL as there is only one bank in the Chakesar.
Now this is to bring into your kind consideration that the banking experience of local residents since last one year has turned out to be worst. The behavior of bank manager and other staff With the public is very harsh and disrespectful. Along with these, the account application process and customer service provision is very slow .
This application is in regard to the incident that took place on Jan 11, 2022. On the mentioned date, one of the HBL Customer went to the said bank for soome queries regarding ATM and account details. As the query was regarding the ATM and online transaction, the staff kept ignoring the query and started behaving rudely.
We are lodging this complaint very Dishearteningly against the whole staff of Habib Bank Limited Chakesar Branch. Such behavior from any bank employee Is highly unexpected and Unprofessional. I hope you will take appropriate disciplinary action against these employees and ensure that Employees behave well with its Customers. We Will be grateful if this complaint is Attended at the earliest.
