Respected Sir/ Madam:
With due respect it is stated that i Mr. Noor ul Amin S/O Ghulam Shah had a apply two weeks ago for personnel loan but still the process is not complete.I am a favorite customer of habib bank limited for returning the loan in due time. Two weeks ago i have apply for personnel loan needed for urgent basis but it is not processed by the habib bank branch islamabad by saying that the manager is changed. It is not my fault that manager is change and i am very much disappointed by the attitude of the bank.
So,kindly look into the matter and process my case as soon as possible.
