Transacted on April 12, 2017 with ATM card at Bohri Baazar, Saddar Branch, Karachi.Transaction completed but neither received cash nor withdrawal slip. Complaint was lodged with the Bohri Baazr Branch on 2-04-2017, lately the branch operation manager asked to submit an affidavit that was also submitted on 16-05-2017 but no suitable response so far. The TCS No. given by branch is 91514754 dated 16-05-2017.

Please do the needful at the earliest. I am really in great loss, please settle my outstanding matter
