I want to state that I have much bad experience in several Bank branches especially HBL Main branch Mirpur Azad Kashmir. I have query much worry with the cashier in the following branch. He always refuses that he has no change. I know after closing, they collect much extra amount from customers and it goes into their pocket. If this is happening in the banks then what can I aspect from other retailers?
The branch manager is one of them and they nothing can do with their employees because they eat together.
Kindly consider my complaint and take proper action if you can. I shall be thankful to you.
