Dear sir.
With due respect i m account holder at hbl Nust Campus
sector H-12 Islamabad branch. My debit card was not working since April 2019 and I have returned back to hbl Nust Campus sector H-12 Islamabad branch. I approached the concerned Bank, but no positive response have been received . kindly i requested u to take initiative /necessary action against the illegible staff .
It is further to say please solve my my problem and send new debit card immediately.

asalamolakum sir g omed ha ap khariayat sy hongy, sir g bajburan mujhy complaint kerny pari q k ap ka staff khas ker mr faisal jo apny apko hbl main branch kohat ka BM kehta ha. majra ye ha k dated 5/11/2019 at 9:15 am me concern bank gaya to collect salary or sath he cashier sy panch hazar note currency ke demand ke for safety, likan onho ne kaha k nahi ha , jb meni hath se ishara ker k nishan dahi ke to kaha tang mat karo, phir me ne kaha bari afsos ke bat ha k note availbale ha or ap customer ko nahi dete, esi doran mr. faisal jo keh raha tha k me BM hu, halaka BM ka room thali tha or chair per koi na tha ap video check kersakty ha or emandari sy faisla kary. faisal or ik dosra dubla mota aggresively aye, per meri sharafat ko salam, or 35000 hazar ka gatha cashier ne thamaya or me chalta bana. mera sawal ya ha , k in logo sy pochy k costomer k sath is tarha behave kiaya jata ha . in short video me dodh ka dodh or pani ka pani ho jayega ga. Also i will wind up my account maininting at least 10 years old . q k jaha insan ke izat na ho jaga chor deni chahiye. werna jahilo k sath wasta pary ga or Islam b hami yahi dars deta ha. thnx.

REQUEST FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE REGARDING WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT RS.265,478 FROM THE ACCOUNT BEIN MAINTAINED AT HBL ANNEXE BR KARACHI & HBL CREDIT CARD # 4902-8700-0390-4288
It is submitted that I have been maintaining above mentioned A/C at above mentioned branch since,1977 on 13.1.2020 received text on my cell phone that a transation of Rs.49,000/is done & credited to Taj Bibi ,and 49,000/ is credited to Naseem Bibi & Rs.49,000/ to Kulsoom Bibi respectively I immediately informed this to HBL phone Banking meanwhile I was reporting this two messages were received that 2-transactions of Rs.45,175/& Rs.28,128/- is debited from my Credit Card,thus total amount is Rs.265,478/= were fraudulently used.
I was terribly perturbed and surprised to receive the text/message on my cell phone regarding the withdrawal of above amount. I immediately informed to HBL Phone Banking and transmitted the emails to concerned departments only Rs.49,000/= out of Rs. 265,478/= were reversed by the bank (HBL) on 21.1.2020.
I have been going from pillar to post in the concerned departments of HBL for recovery of remaining amount, fraudulently withdrawn
I have been going from pillar to post in the concerned departments of HBL for recovery of remaining amount, fraudulently withdrawn but no one is bothered to resolve the issue and get me out of this mental torture,receiving calls on frequent basis from Credit Card Department regarding payment I cannot understand this when I already reported this to the concerned departments via email they have not stopped the charges again & again imposing on me,reserved all my rights to go to Prime Minister for Justice for this fraudulent withdrawals and the Court of law and claim damages.
On 24.4.2020 issued a cheque for Rs.25,500/ against my pension credited in my account but the credit card department debited my account for recovery of the fraudulent transaction on Daraz.

Iam 60 years respectable citizen of pakistan. She said I am looking at her all the time you can watch cctv footage. I feel very bad. There was a customer she said she will take them as respect upto gate. I said this is not your duty. Bank staff behavior is not acceptable except your girl staff near door.
