Hi,i am account holder of HBL.i apply for debit card.Hbl representatives told me that you card has been dispatched from 19 Sep 2016.also i received a call from tcs.they told me that they received my card from HBL and tcs promised with me that they will deliverd my card on 29 Sep 2016 between 9 to 12.but still i didn’t receive my card it was my urgent delivery. Because i am going to abroad.so, please deliver my card before 9 pm.if you will not delivered on time so i need to cancel my air ticket or change the date.so,please don’t make more late.in case of any loss of air ticket you will be responsible
