I have recently applied for Master Card with Faysal Bank Ltd. While reviewing my credit history, Faysal Bank has disclosed that a sum of Rs. 16,911/- is shown as write-off amount. I would like to confirm that neither I have availed any facility from HBL nor I have ever been availed any write-off from this Bank. Hence, this amount has been misreported by the Bank which may please be corrected. My CNIC No. is 35202-2875935-3.
