Dear sir
I Mr Mushtaq Mehmood s/o muhammad Gulzar CNIC no 4220102269841 have account no 18097900363903 in HBL . While using ATM card at Askri bank Gulshan colony PMO Taxila cantt branch dist rawalpindi
on dated 04-09-2016 at about 7:45 pm due to some technical problem in ATM machine i did not receive amount but money deducted from my account and my ATM card was captured by ATM machine which i have collected kindly do some favor to reverse my deducted amount which is 20,000
