i am an hbl account holder for a long time but recently when i visited my branch for depositing some amount to my account, the cashier named mushtaq behaved patheticly. he took almost # hours to deposit my amount and accused me of baseless allegations. i registered a aomplaint against him whose number is C1409170177 but till now nothing has happened. i wil rate it the worst bank ever. looking forward to close all my accounts with this bank. the address of my branch is HBL 27 block branch sargodha. i wil never ever recommend anyone or transact with any HBL branch in my life because in their opinion customer satisfaction and customer relationship is nothing thats why they didnt pay any attention to it like my complaint.
