HBL proclaim they provide the best bank service and for this they charge an handsome amount but this is totally fake, anyone can understand their level of service by this example:-
I lost my ATM card i try two times to reissue but first time they min-gal(not found) my request and second time when i again complain , after a month of that complaint ,on my own call they told me they didn’t forward my request till now so in this whole process i lost 3 months and work is still pending
if this bank didn’t have money ask me i can gave them some money so they can informed costumer about his status
