Sir, I am running a marrriage hall which is closed due to COVID 19 pandemic. I have a car (auto) loan issued from Habib Bank Ltd, Farooqabad Branch. as per policy of State Bank of Pakistan Regulation 5 – Rescheduling / Restructuring of Performing / Non-Performing Consumer Financing Facilities: BPRD Circular Letter No. 14 of 2020, I wrote an e mail to HBL on 6th May,,(: I have a car financed by Hbl Farooqabad branch district Sheikhupura, Gujranwala. My business of marriage Hall is closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I want its rescheduling for one year as per the State Bank of pakistan directions to deffer the principal amount. Please do it. Thanks) in its response I received an e mail on 11th May from HBL. stating,,(
Addressing your query is a top priority for us. A member of our customer care team will contact you within a business day) hen I received a phone call and all perticulars were confirmed and I was told that ou will get revised the loan . But it never happened. on 3 rd june I registered a complaint on telephone and complained no was issued C0306200782 . On 17 the June I received a message from HBL Ph. no. 4250 , our complained has been resolved. But no loan resheduling was done and neither I was informed about any further proceiding. On 19 June I again gave a reminder on e mail (
