In addition to keeping a bank account I also keep a bank locker with Habib bank military rd. branch Sukkur since 1988.it is about three week ago that while operating the said locker, it developed some mechanical defect and ceased to operate.The branch manager assured me that they will expetiosly be arranging some mechanic from Karachi head office to rectify and to bring into working order.A period more than 3 weeks has elapsed,but remedial action is not forth coming which has put me to a problematic situation as I have to take out some impotant documents from the said locker.Habib bank which ventures to be one one solution is becoming a one problem for me.will some one take the cognisance of this unsavoury situation and provide me the requisite relief.
