I am running my pay account in Allahabad chowk branch Allahabad district kasur since almost 5 years I have union card since I opened my account now I closed my union card and applied for new master card as per my requirements they people guide me so wrong and applied 3 weeks they didn’t respond me properly if I go to bank to ask my master card they said go and ask online for updates if I called online they said go and ask from main branch from where you applied. Now I am fed up I wend thrice and more to visit bank they people didn’t reply sensible always guide guide us wrong way to ask online now what should I do I have my pay account in Habib bank Allahabad chowk branch since three weeks I am stuck due to just an ATM card .. please Iam requesting you to take action against bank and there staff for wrong guidance and making us panic due to there careless behaviour if bank do not facilitate us so what is the reason back we run our account in your bank Iam so much disappointed from service of Habib bank Allahabad
